We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within Europe is free of charge! Shipping fees for deliveries to countries outside Europe vary. Please ask our customer service team for more information.

To make ordering easier for our customers. There are no additional fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

No, there will not be any additional costs or fees as long as your order is being shipped to a destination in Europe.

What if I live outside of Europe?

Please contact our support for information about freight cost to your country.

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed before 14.00 UTC +1, we will ship it the same day.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your order until it reaches your door.

It is a guideline to make mounting your final drive easy and comfortable for you.

How do I get the installation manual?

When you receive your new final drive, the installation manual will be included in the package.

What if the installation manual is not included with the final drive when I receive it?

Please contact our customer service with your order number and they will send a new manual by mail.

How do I know the final drive will fit my machine?

We are experts when it comes to final drives, and our employees have a great deal of experience with these products. If you have a machine which is not featured on our website, please contact our customer service team and they will gladly help you find a solution that works perfectly for you.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept payment through our customer service department by bank transfer.

How do I get my invoice?

You will receive an invoice via e-mail when your order has been shipped, together with a link for tracking the shipment.

Can I return my final drive?

Yes, within 30 calender days. If you wish to return your final drive, you must have a written agreement with our customer service department.

Can I get a refund or change the final drive?

Yes, it is possible to get a refund or change the final drive, if the requirements below are met:

- No visible signs of use (No scratches, no opening of the ports)

- The original invoice must be sent back with the final drive, or sent by email.

- The final drive must include all manuals and original packaging.

- We must have the final drive back with us within 30 calendar days.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Special orders or used products cannot be returned.

If you approve a refund, how long will it take for me to get the money back?

After the customer service has received the returned final drive, checked all the requirements, and approved the refund, the money will be sent back to your account. It takes 2-7 bank days.

Do I need to upload a file/picture?

We recommend that our customers upload a picture of the final drive, to accelerate the process of returning it.
