1. Return Due To Change Of Mind
Final Drive A/S will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Customer must contact customer service before returning the order, and have a written agreement of the return.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Final Drive A/S can arrange a pick up, where the details and cost have been cleared with the customer.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed back to the customers bank account or through the payment made by credit card. Additionally we can offer store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Final Drive A/S) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
1.2 What is required to get a refund/change the final drive?
o No visible signs of use (No scratches, no opening of the ports)
o No return will be accepted without our prior written agreement.
o Original invoice must be attached to the package, or sent by email.
o The final drive must include all manuals and original packaging.
o We accept return of ordered products for up to 30 days.
o The customer is responsible for all the return shipping cost.
o Special orders or used products cannot be returned.
o If a final drive returns without a written agreement from Final Drive A/S, the final drive will not be credited, recharged or refunded. The customer has 30 days to pick up the final drive, at the warehouse of Final Drive A/S, from the day of receiving. After 30 days Final Drive A/S is not responsible for the final drive.
o If Final Drive A/S agree to take the final drive back, there will be a 20% restocking fee. The credited amount will be transferred to the credit card or by other payment methods.
o Final Drive A/S are not responsible for any pallets/packages lost during shipping.
2.1 Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2.2 Refund Method:
The process of the refund is 2-7 days after receiving the final drive at our address.
3. Warranty Returns
o Final Drive A/S will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of items.
o If the customer receives a damaged, defect or wrong final drive upon receipt, please contact us at info@finaldrive-trackmotors.com.
o Final drives which are damaged, defect or incorrect upon receipt, will be considered for a full cash refund or the possibility to get a new final drive. But Final Drive A/S will need to check it at their address in Denmark before finalizing the claim.
o Final Drive A/S will take care of the replacement of the final drive and pay all additional charges, during shipping costs.
o Final Drive A/S is not responsible for any shipping cost if the fault is due to the customer.
o Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Final Drive A/S to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) refund to your payment method
